Available Buildings In addition to the development of industrial parks throughout Westmoreland County, the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation also assists in marketing other available building sites. A list of these available buildings is compiled and constantly updated by the WCIDC marketing staff. In addition, individual data sheets, including photos, maps and other building information provide a detailed report on each building.
