For best experience we recommend a modern, version 4.0 or higher web browser. JavaScript must be enabled. Acceptance of "Cookies" is recommended but not required.

Q. I enter my credentials into the login screen. When I click on the "Login" button nothing happens. Why?
A. Please ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings and try again.
Q. It says my account is locked. Now what?
A. If your account becomes locked, you will need to request that
it be unlocked by an administrator. Include your login name
and company name in your correspondence.
Q. I can't remember my login name and/or password. What do I do?
A. Please email an administrator and include your name and the name of your company.
Q. My company isn't listed. How can I have my company added to the database?
A. The best and most comprehensive way to have your company listed
in the database is to fill out a Defense
Supplier Readiness Survey [PDF, 84K] and return it to EGC. Alternatively,
you can contact Donna Bates with your company, contact,
and product information.
Q. I downloaded the Defense Supplier Readiness Survey but I don't know what to do with it. Help!
A. To view and print the survey you will need use the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader. Fill out the survey and fax or mail it back to the address provided. |
